Welcome to Sweet Man. By placing an order or using our website at sweetmancatering.co, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Products

All Sweet Man products — including cheesecakes and cakes — are handcrafted and made to order using fresh, perishable ingredients. Products are prepared only after an order is confirmed and a pickup date is selected. Product availability is subject to change.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Guyanese Dollars (GYD). Sweet Man reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of your order will be honoured. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error.

3. Pickup & Collection

Sweet Man operates as a pickup-only service. We do not offer delivery at this time. All orders must be collected from our location at South Ruimvelt Park, Georgetown, Guyana on the date selected at checkout. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

If you are unable to collect your order on the selected date, please contact us as soon as possible. Uncollected orders are not eligible for a refund.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, changes and cancellations must be requested in advance. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on timeframes and eligibility.

5. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Our products are produced in a kitchen that processes dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, and other common allergens. It is the customer's responsibility to disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. Sweet Man is not liable for adverse reactions where this information was not provided in advance.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order. Sweet Man is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer (e.g., wrong pickup date, incorrect contact details).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Sweet Man and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sweet Man shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

Sweet Man reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
